We woke up at 6am to clear skies. By 9am the clouds were rolling in. By 10am it was looking gloomy. At 10:30am (just as the eggs were being hidden) the sprinkles began. Right at 11am (when the easter egg hunt was set to begin), the rain started in earnest. It's a good thing we have plastic easter eggs. Had we used dyed easter eggs today, we would have had spotted grass. Despite the wet weather, the kids were cheerful and bright.

Lucky for us we had the rain last night but woke up to a beautiful Easter Day. Happy Easter!
Love the gold egg Izzy's holding! Easter is such a fun time. Sorry about the drizzly rain. Good thing that kids are pretty easy to please, rain or shine as long as there is candy involved!
